ARE THE VEHICLES INSURED?

Yes, all of our vehicles are both guaranteed and insured. The Catastrophic Automobile Insurance which covers compulsory automobile liability insurance for highway motor vehicle, optional pecuniary liability, personal accident and earthquake, flooding, strike action, commotion, civil commotions, malicious acts and terror; is made by Necipoglu Vehicle Renting.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS NECESSARY FOR ANKARA VEHICLE RENTING?

Being at least 21 years old and having had a driving licence for at least 2 years. With payments that are made via credit card, the credit card needs to be arranged in the name of the renter.

HOW WILL I MAKE THE PAYMENT WHEN I RENT A VEHICLE IN ANKARA?

We provide many ways of payment for your utilization:

  • Cash
  • Online (including virtual card)
  • At the door via credit card
  • At the place of vehicle delivery via cash or credit card
  • Bank transfer

DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE RENTING?

Reservation is not needed, you can instantly rent any of our vehicles that look active on the system.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE THE VEHICLE I RENTED IN ANKARA?

Of course, when you pick the option of an additional driver on the renting screen, a second person can also use the vehicle. The additional driver also needs to be provided with the conditions of the main driver. In the event of an accident happening when an additional driver who was not acquainted was driving, the vehicle will be out of insurance coverage. This is an implementation of the insurance companies.

CAN I KEEP MY PET IN THE VEHICLE?

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN THE VEHICLE I HAVE RENTED BREAKS DOWN AND IS STRANDED? WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?

Because our vehicles are guaranteed, the authorized service reaches to all of Turkey. If repairing on the spot is not possible it gets towed to the service and the authorized service will provide a free car for the repairments that will be made on the car for a day.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN I HAVE AN ACCIDENT WITH THE VEHICLE I RENTED?

In the event of an accident, you need to first secure the road (placing the signs, signallers etc.), call the police and definitely get a police report regulated. After that, get in contact with our company.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN I HAVE AN ACCIDENT WITH THE VEHICLE I RENTED?

With small casualty insurance, you can ensure material damages on the vehicle up to 750 liras without needing a written customer’s statement or a police report.

If you get optional financial liability insurance, in addition to compulsory financial liability insurance, you can get a guarantee against third parties in the amount of maximum 250 000 liras.

If you get tire, window, headlight insurance (because the standard automobile insurance does not cover damages done to the tire, window and headlights), you can also ensure the damages of tire, window and headlights (for one damage).

With personal accident insurance, you can ensure the driver and the passengers inside the vehicle inside the limits of the insurance.

These packages are in use with accidents that motor own damage insurances pay for.

ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTUAL GASOLINE STATIONS INSIDE THE CITY WHICH I CAN GET FUEL AT A DISCOUNT?

Yes. Our customers can get fuel with %5 discount from Aytemiz Gasoline Stations throughout Ankara and near our renting office at Keçiören.

CAN I OFFER A RECLAIM FOR THE VEHICLE I RENTED BEFORE THE CONTRACT TIME IS OVER

If you have gotten early return guarantee package while renting of the vehicle, you can return it before the reservation’s end time as well. What comes to be extra from the recalculated renting cost will be transferred to your account.
